rule helps keep spending on non-essentials within an allocated budget each month.<\/p>\n<p>Essentially, the rule involves dividing your spending into three categories: needs, wants and savings.<\/p>\n<p>Then, with each paycheck, allocate 50% to needs, 30% for wants and 20% for savings or debt repayments.<\/p>\n<div class=\"factbox\" data-ico=\"factbox_article\"
